3. Payments and Cancellations

Payments may be collected online or by other supported methods shown during booking. Cancellation, refund or rescheduling requests are handled case by case based on the booking status, technician travel and service completion.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.
  • Provide safe access to the service location.
  • Remove valuable personal belongings from the vehicle before service.
  • Share any vehicle-specific instructions before the service begins.

5. Service Limitations

We aim to deliver high-quality cleaning, but results may vary depending on vehicle condition, stains, weather and available facilities at the service location. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not caused by our technicians.
